We’ve made a lot of important decisions and progress between October and November from the sending out of Interim Title Deeds and the commencement of the basement works on several of our developments.

One of the most exciting appointments that we have made is for the upcoming Strata Law in Dubai, known as the Jointly Owned Property Law. We have chosen PRDnationwide Strata Consulting Division to handle the application of this law to our projects. They have excellent experience in the field and will be of tremendous value both to our investors and ourselves when the new law is introduced.

In preparation for the forth-coming Jointly Owned Property Law in Dubai, ACW Holdings has appointed PRDnationwide Strata Consulting Division to manage their portfolio of properties to ensure a smooth transition to the new regulatory structure for property owners.

The Dubai Jointly Owned Property Law, an addition to the legal framework for property ownership, will bring much needed positive changes to the property industry, clarifying the responsibilities of developers and the role of the Home Owners Association.

We chose the luxurious and award winning China World Hotel in Beijing’s central business district to present our investment-led properties to the Chinese market. Despite the snow and cold, the three-day event proved to be a great success for ACW Holdings, with a lot of interest generated within the local market and international visitors attending the show.
